Ruth mukeshimana

Programs manager

Mrs. Ruth specializes in early grades learning, teacher training and child protection. She 7 years of experience in pre-primary, primary and secondary education. Her past work spans teaching in pre-primary ,primary and secondary education levels, early childhood development, social-emotional learning, early grade reading , teacher community of practice and mentoring and coaching.

As Program manager  Mrs. Ruth oversees and coordinate different related projects in the organization to ensure  they meet business goals. Her main duties include organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization, working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs ,evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses to improves strategies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from University of Rwanda -College of Education.

ECD officer

Mrs. Gisele Umulisa specializes in early childhood education. She has a more than 5 years of experience in education sector including teaching in pre- primary schools, developing  CPD materials and  teacher training.

As early child development officer, she provides professional technical, operational, and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for ECD projects within the Country Programme from development planning to delivery of results, preparing, executing, managing, and implementing a variety of technical and administrative program tasks. She holds a master’s degree in education from University of Rwanda college of education.


Gisele Umulisa
Solange Abayisenga

Education Program officer

Mrs. Solange Abayisenga in primary teacher Education. She has more than 4 years expiring in Rwanda education system. She served as consultant as training content developer and national trainer for USAID Funded  education project. Mrs. Solange committed to advocate for girls and women’s rights including access to education. She has conducted different campaigns for raising awareness for sexual reproductive health and HIV prevention among school adolescents.

As Education program officer, she works closely with district ECD focal person to mobilize the establishment of ECD centers at the community level and integrate early learning and WASH services. Mrs. Solange participate in training materials and led the training of caregivers and parents. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Adventist university Central Africa

Continuous Professional Development Specialist

Mr. Protogene Uwibambe  has rich expertise in education programs. He has more than 8 years of experience in pre-service and in-service teacher training. Mr. Protogene worked as primary teacher , he worked for Rwanda Education Board as school-based mentor for 3 years.  He also has the experience in emergency education, he worked for UNICEF in to promote and support the quality education in Mahama Refugee Camp/Kirehe District and Parental engagement in Camp Schools.

As CPD specialist , Mr. Protogene works closely with program manager to design and implement the CPD programs for teachers, caregivers, parents and partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Mount Kenya University.
